After finishing the 30-hour online course, a notification will be sent to Cannon River Driving School. At that time a Blue Card will be mailed to your address. You will take this card with you when you go to the DMV to take your knowledge test to get your permit. 

The Minnesota Department of Public Safety has approved as of July 1, 2023 fully online classes.
